His Excellency graduated from the Faculty of Law at Cairo University and then joined the legal department of Misr Holding Insurance Company, affiliated with the Ministry of Public Business Sector. During his tenure, he undertook the establishment of several companies, most notably Misr Takaful Insurance Company - Property and Liability, which has a capital of five hundred million Egyptian pounds, of which one hundred and twenty million Egyptian pounds have been paid, and which is wholly owned by the state. He directly handled all incorporation procedures, starting from obtaining the initial approval from the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority and the approval of the Prime Minister's Office regarding the percentage of public funds participation, as all shareholders in the company are wholly state-owned companies [Misr Holding Insurance Company - Misr Life Insurance Company - Misr Real Estate Asset Management Company - Misr Financing and Investment Fund - The Holding Company for Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals and Medical Supplies].
He also, through his work as a technical member of the legal department of Misr Holding Insurance Company, one of the companies of the Ministry of Public Business Sector, whose capital exceeded five billion Egyptian pounds, handled all legal work with various ministries and entities, such as the Ministry of Public Business Sector, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority, the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry [Trademarks], whether through attending the general assembly meetings of the holding company chaired by the Minister of Public Business Sector.
He then resigned from government work and joined the legal profession, apprenticing with senior lawyers in the Arab Republic of Egypt. He then continued his career in the legal profession by establishing HOLawfirm, where he handled many important cases in various fields, whether criminal related to cases of homicide, state security, or public funds, or civil, personal status, or tax disputes and cases of various types.
