WARRANTY POLECY
- The device will be under WARRANTY FOR A PERIOD OF 1 (ONE) YEAR against workmanship and manufacturing defects including all of its parts subject to being used as described in the operating manual and not having been intervened by anyone other than authorized service technicians for the purpose of maintenance and repairs or any other type of interventions.
- In case of interventions by people other than FALCON Authorized Services
or the use of parts other than original parts, the warranty will be void.
- Our company holds the right to determine the technical methods to be
utilized for troubleshooting and detection of the parts to be replaced.
- The warranty for the devices sold by FALCON is valid only in Saudi
Arabia .
- The warranty period for the parts replaced in terms of warranty will be
limited by the remaining warranty period of the device.
- Any defects rising due to the use of the device contradictory to terms
described in operating manual,
- Any defects rising due to loading, unloading, and transportation of the
device after the delivery,
- Any damages and defects rising due to the use of gas, water, discharge
and vapour installations not conforming the specifications described in
operating manual,
- Any damages and defects rising due to drops and rises in mains voltage,
connecting power supply cables without a ground connection, wrong
electrical connection WILL BE OUT OF WARRANTY.
